Lealand Community Gardens

This is my newest build, a community gardens. It comes with gardening area, bbq area, seated area, child's play area and bathrooms. It is build on a 40x40 lot. It has no CC.

The Executive Modular

This is my newest build, The Executive Modular. It has 2 bedrooms: one Master suite and one room built for kids which could easily be converted. It has its own bathroom as well. Off of the Master suite is a balcony overlooking the front yard. The third floor is a library with two balconies with skill building items on them. The balconies overlook the front and back. The Yard has a garden, pool and bbq area, kids play area an decorative features. The lot also comes with a vehicle.
